Frank comes from Tipperary in Ireland and some say that he wasn't brought up, he was dragged up! He worked for many years in the money markets in London and now enjoys the odd pint of Guiness and plenty of fine wines, which he will encourage you to buy him when he is propping up the bar!  He will regalle you with tall stories and will sing the occasional song when he wants to get rid of the customers! He loves the craic!
